Oscar winning actress Audrey Hepburn and glam rocker Marc Bolan have been honoured with blue plaques.
English Heritage will put up a plaque outside Ms Hepburn’s London home in Mayfair.
She was living in the district when she landed the role of Princess Ann in the 1953 film Holiday Romance.
The Belgium-born actress was also nominated four more times for an Oscar.
Marc Bolan was the enigmatic frontman of 70s band T Rex.
He was known for his flamboyant style and electrifying stage presence.
He mixed rock and folk music and recorded some of the 70s best songs – Ride a White Swan Get It On, We L Boogie anCentury Boy..
His music is still a playlist favourite for nostalgia driven radio stations throughout the UK.
He married his music with an outrageous dress sense – being one of the first front men to openly wear make-up.
He wore feather boas and ridiculously high boots.
Bolan died in a car crash in 1977
The blue plaque will be placed at his Richmond home.
