Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson have put their Swiss ski chalet on the market for £18.6 million.
The couple bought the property in Verbier six years ago for a reported £13 million.
However, the seven bedroomed chalet is at the centre of a legal wrangle.
It is alleged the Prince and Ms Ferguson did not meet a deadline to pay off part of the price in December 2019.
A spokeswoman for Prince Andrew said: “We can confirm there is a dispute between the two parties in this matter.
“The contractual details remain the subject of a confidentiality agreement and prevent further discussion.”
The former couple are currently self-isolating at their Royal Lodge home in Windsor.
The Verbier property was bought as a “nest egg” for their two children – Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
